Sketch from Musee d'Orsay

Hello,
Long time no updates, I know, I have been a bad bad blogger! A lot has been happening in my life and I'm planning to make this more of a daily blog, not only of finished pieces but also sketches and vines, moodboards, and all that I am up to on a daily basis:) I'm also making my website right now with a help of a good friend of mine, so all the finished pieces will have their place. So, stay tuned:)

Here is a sketch from my trip to Paris that I came back from yesterday.
The Jean Baptiste Carpeaux's sculpture is crazy beautiful when you look at it for as long as I did...I wish I could have finished it but I will not see any of Paris that way ha ha!

And here is a little vine I made while drawing:

Matthew Williamson SS13 / White background

Hi! This is an experimentation with a white background for the first time:) I loved the jacket from Mathew Williamsons new collection! Let me know what you think!

Experiment - LANVIN AW12/13

Loved the minimalistic dramatism of the Lanvin AW 12/13 show. This illustration is a mix of analogue and digital drawing, for the first time.

Back to life / MIU MIU jacket / Sketch

Hello!  This is one is a crop of my old sketch (again, I know, promise this recycling will end!), that I've never shown before, inspired by an editorial in Bon Magazine. The pattern on the kimono is scratched out with a needle and painted over. Hope you're well, more illustrations coming soon!
PS. Sorry for the quality of the background, my scanner does not deal well with dark paper.

CELINE 2011 Sketch

Hey, this is one of my preparatory works for Nina De York. It has never been shown anywhere, I haven't even scanned it before but I love it - mostly because of the time I spend on it - as all of the little circles in the pattern are done by brush and watercolour!

Fuchsia.

Cannot really decide whether it's finished or not, but maybe that is just the nature of it:)
Inspired by the photograph taken by beautiful Hanneli Mustaparta.
